Your favourite gigging amp just went quiet within an air of smoke and blue flashes. What to do?

Either get the amp to us, or CONTACT US and we can arrange for its collection. If you are sending by carrier, please advise us in good time so that we can be sure of being around when it arrives.
We will carry out brief checks to determine the cause of its demise and contact you with an estimate of the eventual repair cost.
Initial diagnosis is free of charge.

All repairs will comply with necessary safety standards. They will be carried out using genuine Manufacturers spares, where available, or suitable alternatives.

Just Valve Amps carry stocks of the more commonly used spares. We also have accounts with major manufacturers and component suppliers, therefore non-stock items can usually be obtained within a couple of days.

Less common or specialist items will take longer to source.
